- Functional and Technical Liaison with PPM System Vendor - Systems availability, Performance, SLA adherence, Bug Fixes and Enhancements / Upgrades
- Implementation Support, Training of remaining functionality
- Evaluation and Implementation of Enhancements and Upgrades
- Add value in terms of exploiting the PPM System potential to drive compliance, efficiencies, quality, control and management information
- To act as communication channel regarding the PPM System, regarding its usage, potential and opportunity
- Produce and maintain relevant Process, System and Configuration documentation for PPM System
- Provide cover for other PMO Staff

Experience required - 

- Significant experience in a similar environment with ownership of a Web based / SQL based PPM System
- Atlantic Global as a preference, but Clarity or any similar product / solution will be considered
- SQL Database Management / Administration / Data Manipulation / Report Production
- Understand the fundamentals of PPM Systems, how they are used, can be used to add value
- Technical Liaison and Vendor Management
- User Training, Mentoring and Support in similar environment
