The Role
We are now recruiting for a strong administrative person with a recruitment resourcing background to work on a large busy account for PRS based from our Southampton office.

The role will be very client facing and will involve UK travelling as you will be required to attend meetings with senior individuals within the account. A full UK driving licence is required. 

Reporting to the Director in Southampton you will be given on-the-job training and work closely with team members. You will assist the team in providing an efficient and effective recruitment service for the account . You will develop your communication skills by liaising with candidates on a daily basis: being the first point of contact for any prospective candidates&amp;#39; queries. 

Whilst working closely with the team you will develop the necessary skills to:
* Respond to initial telephone enquiries from prospective candidates 
* Review and screen high volumes of CVs to ascertain suitability for temporary assignments
* Manage the registration process, including the appointment diary, administering of tests and interviewing
* Identify lapsed candidates on a regular basis and approach for re-registration
* Ensure all registered temps are approached on a regular basis to ascertain their availability
* Write copy and place advertisements on job boards and Company Website
* Research new opportunities to source candidates and promote prospectus to potential candidates
* Produce candidate mailers
* Up date the company database ensuring candidate attributes are added. 
* Obtain sales leads from candidates 
* Provide administrative support
* Attend client visits

&amp;middot; A back ground in Insurance Sales would be beneficial but other previous sales experience could also be relevant.
