My client is currently recruiting for a Manager to oversee a 9 bedded transition home for young adults with learning disabilities which supports people into more independent living. They help people to develop skills and look at educational and employment opportunities.
Suitable applicants must have recent experience of Supported Living/Housing and working with adults with learning disabilities, must have RMA/NVQ 4 or equivalent, must have experience of managing a team of staff and experience of helping and encouraging individuals to get into work or education.
